Vinyl Esters
Our 500 series of high performance vinyl esters for concrete or steel are excellent coatings where superior solvent resistance is required. Vinyl esters enable areas to be returned to service quickly and provide protection from solvent spillage, fumes and immersion. Duraguard 520 may be spray applied to vertical surfaces. All products in the 500 series are suited to secondary containment units, holding tanks and areas subjected to highly caustic fumes.

Duraguard 500 is a two-component, flexible, vinyl ester primer for use with Duraguard 500 Series coatings and toppings. It is comprised of vinyl ester resin and a catalyst. |

Duraguard™ 520
|

Duraguard 520 and 530 are two-component, 100% solids, flake-filled vinyl ester coating systems with superior levels of chemical resistance, adhesion, tensile and flexural strengths. Duraguard 520 is a 15-20 mil coating while Duraguard 530 is a high build system applied at 30 mils per coat for enhanced chemical resistance in extremely harsh environments. |
