| Our 400 series Methyl Methacrylate resurfacing
systems are based on 100% solids, reactively cured Methacrylate binder resins,
pigments and inert silica or quartz fillers. They are quick drying, can be
applied and cure at
temperatures as low as -20° F, resists cracking, USDA approved and highly
resistant to acids and alkalis.
Methyl Methacrylates floorings are best suited for chemical processing areas, food
processing facilities, freezers, refrigerated warehouses and many other
applications.
Our Methyl Methacryate products and coatings are
available as a Primer, Body Coat and Top Coat.

| Duraguard 400 is a
two-component, fast-setting Methyl Methacrylate (mMa) primer typically applied
direct to prepared concrete at 100 SF/GA. It is comprised of a methyl
methacrylate resin, an isocyanate bond enhancer and a catalyst.
Duraguard 400 mMa is used to anchor all
ChemMasters' methyl methacrylate flooring systems. It is used on any horizontal
or vertical concrete or wood surface. Duraguard 400 mMa bonds to properly
prepared concrete with a strength that exceed the cohesive bond of the concrete
itself.

| Duraflow 450 mMa is a semi self leveling, three component body
coat that is typically applied at a thickness from 1/16” – 1/8” over a properly
primed substrate. This body coat is then normally top coated with either
Duraguard 420 mMa or Duraguard 425 mMa. Duraflow 450 mMa gives the topping
system superior impact and abrasion resistance in areas subject to heavy
traffic. Common uses include food processing facilities, commercial
kitchens, breweries and bottling plants, wineries, dairies, supermarkets.
Interior or exterior, newer or older, horizontal concrete surfaces. Floors
subjected to aggressive chemicals, animal or vegetable products and by-products.
Industrial, commercial or warehousing applications. Resurfacing and leveling
spalled, cracked or worn surfaces.

Duraflow 455 mMa is a semi self leveling, three component body
coat that is typically applied at a thickness from 1/16” – 1/8” over a properly
primed substrate. Duraflow 455 mMa is specifically designed for use on floors
that will be in service at below freezing temperatures. The flexible resins in
Duraflow 455 mMa enable this product to withstand high impact and abrasion in
situations where other coatings will crack and delaminate because of the cold.
Common uses include overlays for exterior concrete such as parking
structures or bridge decks. Freezer floors subjected to aggressive chemicals,
animal or vegetable products and by-products. Resurfacing and leveling spalled,
cracked or worn surfaces in coolers or freezers. Floors subjected to constantly
cold temperatures in food processing facilities, packing houses, canneries,
wineries, dairies, breweries and bottling plants, etc.

| Duraguard 420 is a
two-component, high build, Methyl Methacrylate (mMa) top coating. It is comprised of
a mMa resin and a catalyst. It dries clear and is intended for use as a topcoat
on decorative systems including flake and colored quartz systems. An accelerator
additive is available for use in cold
temperatures. Can be applied at temperatures as low as -20°F.
Common uses include
surfaces subject to high levels of abrasion, impact loading including
industrial, commercial and warehousing applications. Food or chemical processing
plants subjected to high levels of thermal cycling, aggressive cleaning and
chemical attack.
