mMa based floors cure quickly. A typical methyl methacrylate floor will cure in 1 hour
versus the 6 to 24 hours required for many other liquid applied floor coating systems. Fast cure

mMa based floor systems can be applied at very cold temperatures down
to - 20°F (-29°C). Our mMa floors and floor coating products can be easily installed in freezers, coolers or unheated buildings.
mMa floor systems are more flexible. This enables our installed floors to
resist thermal shock and a wide range of temperature cycling where other
floor systems normally fail.
mMa based floor systems are
extremely durable. They resist a wide
range of chemicals including most acids and alkalis. They are also very
impact and abrasion resistant and can easily
withstand tow motor and heavy equipment traffic.
Recoating an mMa floor
requires minimal surface preparation when compared to other floor
coatings. Fresh applications of mMa melt and bond to the old mMa to produce a
monolithic system that will not peel. Downtime
and reseal costs are significantly reduced and
durability is vastly improved when
coating with mMa.
Pharmaceutical - Our mMa based
seamless floor coating systems provide the highest level of sanitation in sensitive
environments. These floors are stain resistant, durable, decorative and easily
sanitized. The impervious nature of mMa prevents impurities, reagents and acids
from penetrating thru the surface coatings, thus reducing or eliminating staining
and/or odors.
Food Service - Supermarkets, Dairies,
Wineries, Breweries and many Food Processing areas need floor systems that are
durable, cleanable, slip resistant and attractive. Our mMa based floor
coating systems meet the most rigorous food service requirements. Cold temperature application
